Thanks for the detailed and thoughtful feedback! I'm the sound and music guy in the team and I'm with you into the idea of having a rythm mechanic in Tom8-O. It's been an option for a while and maybe it could be used for next features.
PD: I'm also an Oh Crops! fan, love harvesting games and the battle defense twist is a really cool concept
